This innovative program is designed http://www.absolutcare.com/secure/?plugin=1&page=edit&id=209#for individuals whose condition is not serious enough to be hospitalized but also are not well enough to be at home.
Those who qualify will receive the necessary medical and personal care in one of our facilities until they are well enough to return home.
