- Can I continue with therapy after I am discharged home?

- Outpatient Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy are available at select facilities. We will work with you to set this up prior to discharge.

- Do you have a program for unintended weight loss?

- We do. Our program uses fortified foods such as milkshakes , cookies, etc. that are served with the meal. Our goal is to not fill the residents up with a lot of between meal snacks, but to get the resident to eat their meal.
